To play our online escape rooms, you’ll need a computer with Google Chrome and a pen and paper.
For most games you need access to our online portal, use the Test Connection button to make sure you have access.
We also recommend that your team has a video call set up if you’re not in the same room.

There are many different types of escape rooms on the market, such as avatar-based, point-and-click, print-and-play and digital.
Our online escape rooms are digital games in 2d, played through our online web portal.
The portal is a real-time website that provides a set of challenges to solve. The result of your answer is immediately seen by the rest of your team.
Solve each challenge by using your team’s collective thinking and Google or any other website you think can help you.
Our escape rooms do not include an avatar (real-life person) and are not set in a 3d world but instead deliver a fun range of unique puzzles and challenges.
Absolutely, you won’t get far without your Googling skills.
Get creative, as challenges require you to use social media, audio/video, Google Maps and much more!
Each game code can only be used by up to 6 people.
If you’ve got more than 6 people, you will need to purchase multiple game codes and form multiple teams.
Each team will play the game separately and needs to be on their own breakout room or video call.
Once the teams finish, you can get everyone to join 1 video call to discuss your results.
If you haven’t completed an escape room within 60 minutes, you won’t make it onto the leaderboard.
However, you can still continue playing and complete any challenges you weren’t able to complete within the 60 mins.
The Mini Heist will stop at 15 minutes, and can’t be played for longer than that.
You’ll receive 1 game code that is to be used by your whole team.
Our online escape rooms are fun for anyone, it doesn’t matter if you’ve played 0 or a 100 escape rooms before.

Hints are available within the game. However, they come at a price.
Requesting a hint results in a 30 second time penalty. After the third hint you’ll receive the answer.
