Ben’s Big Heist is a real-time game, which means any action one player makes is directly seen by others. So first discuss your next action with your team.

Is your team competitive? There’s a built-in leaderboard in our online portal that shows the teams with the best results. Do you think your team has what it takes?
Form a team, get ready and start the clock
Form a team of 2 to 6 players with your friends, family members or colleagues.
Then simply purchase your unique game code.
After purchasing our online escape room, you’ll receive an email with instructions. Follow the instructions to get started.
If your team is not in the same room, set-up a video call with your team members. You can use Zoom/Skype/Meet or any other video tool of choice.
When everyone is ready, all players need to follow the link you’ve received in the confirmation email.
Then all players need to log in with the same game code.
Now make sure everyone reads the instructions, come up with a catchy team name and get started.

Getting started is easy. Once you’ve purchased a game code, you can get started within minutes.
To play our online escape rooms, you need the following:
- Computer (phone not supported)
- Video call with your team mates, e.g. PubHub
- Pen and paper
- Phone to scan QR codes (Ben’s Big Heist and Mayday)

If you want to show something to your fellow team members, you can definitely share your screen.
It’s a self-guided game, meaning there won’t be a host helping you through the game.
You can play whenever you’d like. Our game codes don’t expire.
Our online escape rooms go for 60 minutes. Once the time has started, it can’t be stopped.
If you made it in 60 minutes, you’ve got a chance to reach the leaderboard.
You can continue playing if you haven’t finished within 60 minutes, but you won’t make it onto the leaderboard.
Each game code can only be used by up to 6 people.
If you’ve got more than 6 people, you will need to purchase multiple game codes and form multiple teams.
Each team will play the game separately and needs to be on their own breakout room or video call.
Once the teams finish, you can get everyone to join 1 video call to discuss your results.
You’ll receive 1 game code that is to be used by your whole team.
Hints are available within the game. However, they come at a price.
Requesting a hint results in a 30 second time penalty. After the third hint you’ll receive the answer.
